I have known Tracy for many years, I have known her as a friend, a mother, and strong woman with a great passion for healing friends and strangers and the planet. Recently she and I reconnected and she mentioned she was training in Reiki. I was unsure and a little skeptical at first, but since i have having fertility issues I figured some relaxation and positive energy could not hurt. SO we set up a time and we let the healing began.
I lay in bed trying to open my mind and body and accept her healing energy. It was not easy I am not good at just relaxing and not doing anything. After 5 or 10 minutes i felt this warm weight spread from the center of my chest and out through my limbs. I felt a tingle in my elbows and knees and a calm sleepy feeling through my whole body. It was a very interesting feeling and I knew i would try it again. Two weeks later we had another session with a similar feeling. Since then i have noticed my cycle changing and my tennis elbow has improved.
I have always had a belief in the power of positive energy and now i have a belief in Reiki. Thank you Tracy for being you and bringing your healing to others.
